Misheca Seymour Senior is a senior compliance executive and attorney-at-law with more than 20 years of progressive experience in banking regulation, anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorism financing (CTF), sanctions compliance, and fraud prevention. As Vice President and Head of the Group Regulatory & Financial Crimes Compliance Division at NCB Financial Group Limited, she provides strategic leadership and governance across the Group’s compliance functions including overseeing the development, implementation, and effectiveness of compliance programmes across the NCB Group.She is also currently responsible for National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited’s Fraud Prevention Programme.
Misheca has a proven track record in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust compliance frameworks. She is skilled in identifying regulatory obligations, deploying effective monitoring controls, and developing tailored staff training programmes.
An active contributor to the industry, Misheca is the former Co-Chair of the Jamaica Bankers Association’s Compliance Committee. She holds an LLB from the University of the West Indies and a Legal Education Certificate from Norman Manley Law School, along with certifications as a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) and Certified Global Sanctions Specialist (CGSS).
