Mr. Paul Miller is a Senior Director at the Ministry of Finance and the Public Service, with experience in public financial management, corporate governance, policy development, and strategic oversight. He provides leadership in the monitoring and evaluation of public bodies, including the review of corporate plans, budgets, financial performance, and governance matters.
Mr. Miller also serves as an appointed member of the Greater Bernard Lodge Enterprise Team, contributing to the strategic oversight of the divestment of government-owned lands under the Greater Bernard Lodge Master Plan. His professional expertise includes public finance, financial analysis, strategic planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
He holds a Master of Science in Accounting from The University of the West Indies, Mona, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, with a minor in Marketing, from the University of Technology, Jamaica. He is certified as a public-private partnership practitioner and has completed training in enterprise risk management, financial analytics, monitoring and evaluation.
